主要特性

1. 亲水增深硅油是采用特殊的合成工艺和先进的乳化工艺生产的一种改性有机硅乳液，在被整理的织物表面成膜。

2. 该产品增艳度及增深效果明显，适合各种纤维织物的亲水增深偏青光要求；有效增深40-50%以上。

3. 可节省染料用量20%以上，对降低染料成本有很大帮助。

4. 化学稳定性良好，在使用过程中完全不存在粘辊，粘缸、破乳等问题。

5. 环保型，不含APEO，生物降解性好。

适用范围

用于纯棉拉架、纯棉双面卫衣、涤纶及其混纺织物后定型手感增深整理

用法用量

棉类用量：40-100g/L，一浸一轧（轧余率60%-80%）→160℃x1.5min

化纤用量：5-20g/L，一浸一轧（轧余率60%-80%）→170℃x1.5min

视增深度适当增加用量。

具体工艺请用户通过试样酌情调整。

包装和贮存

125KG塑料桶，密封贮存，常温下贮存期6个月。

主要特性

1.GM-1202是利用纳米技术制造的高科技浓缩印染助剂，在煮炼及染色工艺中使 用，能有效保证棉织物的克重。

2.前处理：作为精炼剂、除油剂；染色：作为匀染、分散剂使用；

皂洗：作为皂洗剂、枧油使用。

3.有效抑制双氧水对织物的破坏。能大大提高烧碱、双氧水对死棉的清除能力，从而在梭织布上使用可减少40-60%的烧碱用量。

4.能有效释放织物的内应力，均衡毛效，提高织物手感。

5.增进染料的上染能力和匀染度，有效提高色泽的丰满度、鲜艳度及色牢度，有效改善染色所常出现的多种疵点。

6.用于氨纶及其混纺织物，可减少30-50%碱用量，对氨纶进行有效保护，减少皱痕的产生，减少黄变。

7.能有效抑制低聚物的凝聚沾污。可作为退固剂或退软(硅)油类助剂。

用法用量

1．缸 染：一般工艺条件下，用量为0.2－0.8g/l。

2．长 车：一般工艺条件下，用量为2－4g/

匀染修色剂GM-2208

主要成分：特殊表面活性剂

外 观：浅黄色至黄色透明液体

离 子 性：阴/非离子性

P H 值：4.0-6.0（1%水溶液）

主要特性

1.具有超强的移染性，能有效解决及修复涤纶及其混纺织物，特别是涤纶超细或者细密织物染色后产生的各种染疵，能有效的防止修补白斑的产生，回修后染色色光基本不变。

2.可做涤纶匀染剂，在低温阶段能起到缓染和防止染料二次凝聚作用，在高温阶段能起到很强的促染作用，对涤纶及混纺织物的染色，不仅能提高匀染性，更能增加得色率。

3.用于涤纶筒子纱染色，可有效避免内外层差问题。

适用范围

对分散染料具有极强的高温匀染、移染性及透染性，用于聚酯及其混纺织物的高温高压染色和修色。

用法用量

1.作高温匀染剂使用

匀染修色剂GM-2280：0.2～0.5g/L

PH值:5～6浴比1：10～20

温度：130～135℃

保温30～60min。

2.回修色花、色点等染疵

匀染修色剂GM-2280:1～3g/L

PH值:5～6浴比1：10～20

温度：130～135℃

保温30～60min

Scope of application

Usage.
